Last updated 30 August 2026. These terms apply to Form 2 Exam Sprint Early Access purchases.
1. What this product is
Form 2 Exam Sprint is an independent digital revision programme containing original KSSM-based, UASA-style practice, recovery activities and mock examinations. It is not produced, endorsed, approved or supplied by Malaysia’s Ministry of Education, Lembaga Peperiksaan, UASA or any school.
The materials are intended for revision and practice. They are not official examination papers, leaked questions or guaranteed predictions of any school or national assessment.
2. Early Access
Early Access means some revision sets are available immediately while additional recovery sets and mock papers are still being prepared, checked and released progressively. The purchase page and portal will identify what is available now and what is in production.
We will not describe an unfinished paper as available. Features, question counts and release order may be adjusted when required for accuracy, curriculum coverage, safety or reliability, while preserving the overall purchased programme.
3. Educational results
Scores, weak-topic reports and recommendations are revision guidance only and are not official school grades. No particular examination result, score improvement or academic outcome is promised. Outcomes depend on the learner’s effort, prior knowledge, teaching, health and other circumstances.
4. Household licence
Unless the purchase page states otherwise, one purchase permits use by one student profile within the purchasing household. Access links, questions, marking guides and downloads must not be resold, uploaded, copied in bulk, published, distributed or shared outside that household.
5. Devices and saved work
A modern version of Safari or Chrome and an internet connection are recommended. During Early Access, unfinished answers and progress may be stored locally in the browser. Progress may not transfer automatically between devices or browsers. Private browsing, clearing website data, resetting a paper, low-device storage or browser/device changes may remove locally stored work.
Automatic saving and backup tools reduce this risk but cannot guarantee recovery after browser data has been deleted. Students should check for the saved confirmation and keep a copy of completed results.
6. Technical support and refunds
If the buyer cannot access or use the programme because of a reproducible technical problem, they should contact support within seven days of purchase. We may request the device model, browser, screenshot and steps that produced the problem, and we will first attempt to restore access or correct the fault.
If the programme remains materially inaccessible on a supported device after reasonable troubleshooting, or the delivered product is materially different from its purchase description, the buyer may request a refund. A change of mind, failure to complete the programme, sharing outside the permitted household, or an expected examination result not being achieved does not by itself establish a technical refund claim. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Privacy and children
The parent or guardian should make the purchase and supervise the student’s use. We aim to collect only information needed to process the purchase, provide access, support the buyer and improve product reliability. The revision portal does not require a child to publish personal information.
Student names, answers and progress stored locally remain on that browser unless a future cloud-sync feature is expressly enabled. Purchase and support information may be processed through the checkout, email and membership services used to deliver the programme. We do not sell children’s personal information.
8. Availability and updates
Reasonable maintenance, hosting interruptions, browser changes and circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect access. We will use reasonable efforts to restore material service issues. Early Access updates are supplied during the update period stated on the purchase page or order confirmation; access and updates are not promised indefinitely unless expressly stated.
9. Intellectual property
The original questions, explanations, marking guides, structure, software and design are protected materials belonging to their respective owner. Purchasing access provides a limited personal-use licence; it does not transfer ownership or redistribution rights.
10. Contact
For access problems, corrections, privacy requests or refund enquiries, email shirley@funnelmaison.com. Include the purchaser’s email address and enough information to identify the affected paper, but do not email sensitive information about the student.
We describe what is ready honestly, protect the original materials, minimise student data, help with genuine technical problems and do not promise a particular exam score.
